The framework and structure of the Global Legit Summit series are built around some of its core and fundamental pillars, including Tritium Pathways and Inclusion in the Global Commercial Landscape, which have been developed and cultivated by navigating pivotal junctions in innovation across the global legal, ADR, and international trade and commercial ecosystem, driven by focused, in-depth research and forward-moving innovations. It is embedded with Enterprise Profiling Integration (EPI), Enterprise Investment Profiling (EIP), International Investment Integration (III), and International Commercial Expansion (ICE) and other integrated systems, making it a pioneering and unparalleled ecosystem, further guided by the Six Stages Framework and Structure of GUEDS.
Minimum Engagement Value Requirement
The Enterprise intending to participate in the GLIIIS Process(es) or any investor-related Process(es) shall be required to undertake an engagement having a minimum value of USD 20,000 for each applicable Process, in respect of the applicable Process(es).
[ The applicable engagement value of USD 60,000 per Process shall be payable in advance, shall be non-refundable, and shall be provided without any warranty, guarantee, assurance, representation, or commitment as to any particular outcome, result, selection, approval, transaction, investment, commercial opportunity, or return. The aforesaid minimum engagement value is exclusive of and shall not be construed to include any other monetary or financial requirement that may arise or be applicable in connection with the relevant Process(es), including, without limitation, any additional fees, charges, costs, expenses, contributions, deposits, investments, transaction-related amounts, statutory or regulatory payments, third-party charges, or other financial commitments. Any such additional monetary requirement, wherever applicable, shall be separate from and payable in addition to the aforesaid USD 60,000 minimum engagement value, in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, procedures, protocols, timelines, milestones, guidelines and requirements governing the respective Process(es). ]
The Summits shall remain Organiser-Exclusive Events for all purposes, and shall be organised, administered, managed, controlled, and conducted under the exclusive authority of the Organiser(s).
