ADR for Women

  

 Empowering Equitable Trade and Commerce Resolution

Community Involvement

ADR for Women is a flagship initiative embedded within GAC’s Global Unified Expedited Dispute Resolution System© and seamlessly integrated into the Trade AMA Systems framework. 


This program is specially designed to support women-led enterprises and leadership by providing curated dispute resolution solutions, accessible neutral facilitation, and targeted training programs to equip women entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals to face the realities and challenges in trade, commerce and enterprise development. The initiative reinforces GAC’s commitment to inclusive economic development, gender-responsive systems, and equitable access to solutions in trade and commerce.

Institutional Access to Inclusive Trade and Commerce Resolution

 As trade and business landscapes grow more complex, women often face disproportionate barriers to solutions, commercial protection, and effective dispute resolution. ADR for Women ensures that these barriers are addressed through:

  

  • Custom-curated mediation and arbitration solutions aligned with gender-responsive considerations.
  • Neutral, crisis-informed facilitation to  create safe spaces for fair dispute engagement.
  • Accessible processes that respect time and flexibility.
  • Support mechanisms to prevent escalation of disputes that could destabilize women-led enterprises.
  • Workshops and certifications for women in  business to confidently engage in dispute prevention and resolution.
  • Mentorship and leadership forums to connect women across industries and regions.

Integrated with Trade AMA Systems

The initiative operates through GAC’s Trade AMA Systems, a dynamic framework designed to proactively prevent, manage, and resolve trade and commerce disputes using hybrid ADR methods such as Mediation, Arbitration, and hybrid combinations

Regional and International Reach

GAC’s ADR for Women a flagship initiative, is operational across regions, enabling:


  • Cross-border dispute handling for entrepreneurs to multinational women-led firms.
  • Policy-level support for integrating gender-equitable clauses into commercial and non-commercial contracts.
