Aligned with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we offer access to dedicated commercial and non-commercial ADR training for women professionals. 

These programmes are designed to promote greater participation and representation of women in the dispute resolution sector and include financially supported modules, where applicable. 

Institutions, corporations, professional bodies, and legal organisations can access curated training modules and custom-designed courses that align with their institutional objectives, sector-specific requirements, and regional challenges. 

Where applicable, training is provided in regional languages and formats to maximise accessibility and impact. 

Students, early-career professionals, and emerging practitioners are offered training and courses focused on foundational knowledge and early engagement with global ADR systems. 

These programmes aim to cultivate the next generation of dispute resolution professionals through a combination of education, mentorship, and practical exposure to continuously support and nurture exceptional talent.

Selective training programmes are offered on a complementary basis to eligible young participants. Eligibility is determined based on academic achievements and institutional recommendations.
