Like the Advanced Module, applications will be assessed to ensure that students have appropriate requirements that will enable them cope with the rigorous demands of this course. The learning outcomes are, in substance, consistent with INIAC’s overarching approach to effective dispute resolution. Students of the Flagship Module will immerse themselves in INIAC’s commitment to characterising mediation and arbitration as complementary ways of looking at dispute resolution.
The Flagship Module is a platform that offers the most potential for high-level national, regional, and global networking.
Students will acquire the postnominals F.INIAC (INIAC Fellow) upon successful completion of the Advanced Module course.
This is the most demanding standard module with fewer but sufficient registration windows and its duration is stipulated in relevant guidance.
